Our specialists in ONMM offer a unique approach to healthcare and work to support the body’s innate healing ability, taking contributions of mind, body, and spirit. We use a team-based approach including medical students and residents, to optimize the delivery of specialty care to patients and their families.

Our Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Manipulative Medicine specialists start by collecting a thorough medical history followed by a hands-on evaluation of the musculoskeletal system. We evaluate the body’s bones, joints, muscles, connective tissues, vasculature, and nerves to gain insight into each patient’s underlying health and physical function. A personalized treatment plan is then developed, according to each patient’s needs. Treatment recommendations may include exercise prescription and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Treatment (OMT); a series of gentle manual techniques, to restore proper joint alignment and improve mobility, circulation, and nervous system function.
